About Our Retreats
Our retreats are an invitation to pause, breathe, and return to yourself.
Surrounded by nature, we create a gentle space where silence, movement, and connection guide the journey inward.
Each gathering is designed with intention, combining yoga, meditation, pilates, nourishing food, moments of quiet reflection, and simple, joyful exchanges with the group. It’s a time to listen deeply, soften, share smiles from the heart, and embrace the lightness of being present.
We believe that true transformation happens through kindness, toward ourselves and toward others.
Return to your daily life with clarity, calm, and small practices to nurture your well-being.

The perfect balance between movement and stillness, strength and surrender, structure and flow, exactly what the autonomic nervous system needs to find regulation.

The Sacred Pause Retreat
5 Days: April 6th to 10th
The Sacred Pause
We call this space “sacred” because when we interrupt the automatic doing and open ourselves to stillness, we reconnect with the body’s innate intelligence of self-regulation.
The pause ceases to be the absence of action and becomes presence itself — a state in which the nervous system, body, and consciousness return to harmony and coherence.
The autonomic nervous system (ANS) is responsible for regulating the body’s automatic functions — such as heart rate, breathing, digestion, and blood pressure.
It operates continuously to maintain internal balance, a process known as homeostasis.
The ANS consists of two main branches:
Sympathetic nervous system (SNS): prepares the body for action — increasing heart rate, muscle tension, and energy mobilization for survival.
Parasympathetic nervous system (PNS): promotes rest, digestion, recovery, and relaxation.
Under ideal conditions, the body naturally oscillates between these two states.
However, the accelerated pace of modern life often keeps the SNS in a state of chronic activation, generating physiological stress, fatigue, anxiety, and inflammation.
The pause — the conscious act of slowing down, breathing, and feeling — serves as a biological trigger for self-regulation.
When we truly pause, the body activates the vagus nerve, the main component of the parasympathetic system. This activation:
reduces heart rate and blood pressure,
regulates breathing,
decreases cortisol levels (the stress hormone),
and increases heart rate variability (HRV) — a key indicator of autonomic resilience.
The Role of Conscious Movement
Practices such as Yoga, Meditation and Pilates are powerful modulators of the autonomic nervous system.
Yoga, works through breath awareness, mindful presence, and restorative postures that enhance vagal tone and reduce sympathetic activation.
Meditation, provides a structured method to cultivate calmness, emotional regulation, and parasympathetic activation.
Pilates, by integrating strength, control, and breathing, promotes interoceptive awareness — the ability to perceive internal bodily sensations — which is essential for emotional and autonomic regulation.
These conscious movement practices create a continuous dialogue between body and mind, allowing the nervous system to find balance between action and rest, structure and flow, strength and surrender.
For Whom
For anyone who wishes to slow down, take a deep breath, and reconnect with the balance between body, mind, and nature.
No prior experience in Yoga, Pilates, or Meditation is required, only the desire to be present.
